Ociss Cleaning

 

 

1. Definitions

 

 

  • “Company” refers to Ociss Cleaning.
  • “Client” refers to the individual or business purchasing cleaning services.
  • “Services” refers to cleaning services agreed between the Company and the Client.
  • “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions together with any written or verbal quotation accepted by the Client.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

 

 

By booking or using our Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all Services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

 

 

3. Services

 

 

  • The Company will provide cleaning Services as described in the agreed quotation or booking confirmation.
  • Any additional services requested that are not included in the original agreement may incur extra charges.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse any task that is unsafe, unlawful, or beyond the scope of cleaning services.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Pricing

 

 

  • Prices are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of booking.
  • If the condition or size of the premises differs significantly from what was described, the Company reserves the right to revise the price.
  • All prices are [inclusive/exclusive] of VAT, where applicable.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Payment Terms

 

 

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the Service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Company accepts card payments (credit and debit cards).
  • By providing card details, the Client authorises the Company to charge the agreed amount.
  • Failed or declined payments may result in additional charges and suspension of future Services.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled Service.
  • Cancellations made after this time may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. staff illness, extreme weather).

 

 

 

 

 

7. Access to Premises

 

 

  • The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
  • If access cannot be gained, the Company may charge a call-out or cancellation fee.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring pets are secured and the environment is safe for cleaners.

 

 

 

 

 

8. Client Responsibilities

 

 

  • The Client must inform the Company of any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions before cleaning begins.
  • The Company will not be responsible for damage caused by faulty items, normal wear and tear, or items not suitable for cleaning.

 

 

 

 

 

9. Quality Guarantee and Complaints

 

 

  • If the Client is not satisfied, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion.
  • The Company will be given the opportunity to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion and will not be provided without allowing a re-clean.

 

 

 

 

 

10. Liability

 

 

  • The Company holds appropriate public liability insurance.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the Services provided.
  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that are fragile, unstable, or improperly installed.

 

 

 

 

 

11. Health and Safety

 

 

  • The Company follows reasonable health and safety procedures.
  • The Client must inform the Company of any known risks, including hazardous materials or unsafe conditions.

 

 

 

 

 

12. Data Protection

 

 

  • The Company will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Card payment information is handled securely through third-party payment processors and is not stored by the Company.

 

 

 

 

 

13. Termination

 

 

  • Either party may terminate ongoing Services with [notice period, e.g. 7 days] written notice.
  • Outstanding payments remain payable upon termination.

 

 

 

 

 

14. Governing Law
